Elefun was an elephant that had a long plastic trunk that propelled paper butterflies out of it, it came with nets that you use to catch as money butterflies as you could before they touched the floor. This game was made in 1993 but was remade and released a bunch of different times, they even have a spin off called, “Elefun Busy Ball Popper.”
I remember playing Elefun like it was yesterday! I was a pretty short kid so I always had to look up but it was still the best game. I remember my sister didn’t always want to play with me but it was fine since you could play on your own.
The worst part about this game was that the trunk was so long! Getting the game started took awhile for me because you had to hold it up, turn it on and make sure the trunk filled with air so it would stay up. That wasn’t the easiest task when you’re a short kid.
In the end there was no real complaints about this game, I thought it was the best and had great fun with it!
Let me know if you had this game and what you thought of it!
In my previous post I talked about traveling to Ireland and that got me thinking. I hate packing and I’m pretty sure everyone else on this planet hates it as well, so I’ve made up the ultimate packing list. I did this with the help of Chapters Pack This sheet and looking online to what to bring. Not all the things on the list may apply to you but it’s on there anyways. Lets get started!
What Do To Before Traveling
Check that your passport doesn’t expire anytime soon and if it does, get on that!
Make sure all your cards (visa, debit, etc) do not expire anytime soon, if so go get new ones.
Call all card companies and let them know when you’re leaving and that you will be using your cards.
Health Insurance/Travel Insurance.
Change Canadian/American money into Euros. How much is up to you.
Leave a copy of all information for someone at home.
Chewing gum (airports may not allow you, you make have to by it after you’ve gone through security checks.)
Snacks (same as I said before, airports may not allow you.)
Drinks (airport may not allow you)
Emergency Contact Information
Plug Adapter (if traveling to the UK for example)
Cell Phone Charger
Lap Top Charger
Second Battery for Camera
Second Memory Card for Camera (or load pictures onto lap top)
Wind Breaker Jacket
Contact lenses and Case
Now you just have to figure out how many are you bringing for how long you’re traveling for. I hope this helped anyone who hates packing as much as I do, let me know if I missed anything that you think I should add!
Bring half of what you think you need, and twice as much money.
Once again thank you for reading, don’t forget to follow and hit the like button!
