Magic Bag

My Mum has this thing and it’s the best thing ever so I asked for it for Christmas. You can get them in different sizes for different parts of your body but I wanted the neck/shoulder/upper back one as that’s where I’m usual sore on my body from work. It is a thermotherapeutic pack that acts as a compress, it has some weight to it as it is filled with grains. You can use it hot or cold, you mircrowave it in 30 sec intervals if you want it hot and it stays warm for 30mins. If you want it cold you can put it in the fridge or you can freeze it for 4 hours. It’s natural and reusable and its the best thing for soreness, not to mention it’s actually relaxing. I actually had no idea where you could get this so I had to look it up, Walmart and Shoppers has it and they’re different prices for the difference sizes. For the neck and shoulder one it’s roughly $30.

Massage Gun

These are the next best things for your muslces. My boyfriend got sick of massaging me (even though I still get him to do it) but I use this when he’s not home and I’m sore. It comes with different massage heads for different parts of the body (joints, large muscle groups, vertebral positions), it’s rechargable and it works well. It has some power to it so I would start out on low depending how sore you are or if you’re using to prevent soreness. These massage guns are everywhere now and you don’t need to spend $500 on one. He got mine off of Amazon and they range from $99-$500 so do your research on them before you buy and remember you don’t need to spend a crazy amount on the brand name verison.

Joseph Joseph DrawerStore Compact Cutlery Organizer

So this is all over Tiktok because Joseph Joseph products are the best. If you have been following my blog you know that I am obsessed with their stuff, their stuff is compact and makes organizing easy.
I live in an apartment so space in limited and I actually only have one drawer for cutlery so It needs to be organized. I had one of those regular cultery bins but I didn’t like it as it took up too much space in the drawer. With this one everything is off to one side but it’s still organized! My cutlery drawer is a work in progress but eventually I will show a picture of what it looks like just like I did with my pantry. I got this at Bed Bath & Beyond for $21.00!

As everyone knows there’s a pandemic going on and we all need to wash our hands a hundred times a day. Now I don’t know about you but my hands are dry and sore from all this washing and I’m sure I’ve written about this cream before but I’m going to write more about it because it’s incredible important in my life for the month of March. This cream is amazing, it’s thick so you don’t need a lot, it’s 100% vegetarian and it actually works. Yes, it does smell like hemp but the smell isn’t that strong but beware dogs and cats like the smell. It’s made specifically for very dry skin and was tested on very dry skin so they had our hands in mind. The best part about The Body Shop is that it’s a cruetly free company and did you know they recylce their containers? If you have a membership (it’s free) and you bring back your containers you can get money added on to your account that can go towards spending later on.

KSP Bakers Silcone Baking Sheets – set of 3

I got these for Christmas from my Aunt, I didn’t use them for awhile and then finally I made cookies. These are the best damn baking sheets EVER. I have pretty good baking sheets but the more you use them the more ‘ruined’ they get. All you do is lay the silcone sheet down on the pan like you would with foil or parchment paper and place your cookies or whatever you’re baking and I 100% garantee it will not stick. The first time I used them I baked cookies and was completely shocked, I made Dave come over to lift up a cookie by hand because it was just so satisfying. Washing the sheets is just as easy, everything that was on them just comes right off and let them air dry. They always keep their shape, I just roll them up and put them in a cupboard and once I take them out again they will be flat. The best part is they’re reusable and you’re helping the evironment! Joseph Joseph Nest 9 Plus Prep Set

I’ve had this for years and only just started using it. When I was younger I decided I was going to make a “nesting chest”, I started buying all the products I wanted for my own place but buy it slowly so I don’t spend a crap ton of money when you first move out. I orginally got all my Joseph Joseph stuff from Sears but they sadly no longer exist, now you can get stuff from The Bay, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Kitchen Stuff Plus. This prep set is the bomb.com because it comes with 2 mixing bowls (one big, one small), a strainer, a colander, and 5 measuring cups/spoons and it stacks together like in the picture to save space! The mixing bowls have grips on the bottom of them so they won’t move around on the counter, they’re all easy to clean as food doesn’t really stick to them (unless the food is sticky, like bread dough, but still was better than regular bowls) and they come in awesome colours. Now they do come in a sky colour (blues and greys) or a stainless steel verison if you don’t want the multi-coloured ones. Asbolutely love and I will show you other Joseph Joseph products! The multi-coloured and blue/grey are $74.99 and the stainless steel is $164.99 at The Bay.

I actually got this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas but you can get it at Sephora for $30.00. I don’t do my nails often so I’m not so great at doing them at all, but this was pretty east to use and it looks great after. My favourite colour is purple so it’s even more of a bonus but the dark purple in this set is amazing.

Skin Care Favourite

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar

This is just a regular bar of soap but it’s great for sensitive skin, all Cetaphil products are in my opinion. I mostly use this for my face, I found all other face products weren’t doing the job so I randomly tried it. It’s gentle so it makes your face actually feel clean, after I put the face lotion on that I wrote about before to finish the job. Unfortunately in Canada one bar can go for $7.00-$8.00 but in the States you can get a pack of 3 for the same price.

Infiniti Pro by Conair Curl Secret

My sister got this as a Christmas gift but I’m the actual person who used it so far, I didn’t use it on myself, I used it on my sister’s hair. I watched reviews and how to use them online and people seemed to be struggling. I found it to be so cool and way faster than a normal curler. You can get it at your local drug store or beauty store if they have them. They are also on the expensive side for Conair products, it’s going for $90.00-$150.00 in Canada.

Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Mint Hand Soap (Deep Cleansing Hand Soap)

All my hand soaps are from this store, I find them to clean your hands well and they smell great. I love this one specifically because it’s relaxing to me, they also have stress relief things that are this scent.  At the store it’s $6.50 each but they always have a great deal on for getting a bunch of them.

I actually saw this on a YouTube channel and thought it was so cool. I got it for Christmas but you can get it at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $24.99. It’s really easy to use, it works and it small enough to pack when you’re going away.

Nintendo 2DS – Red

My boyfriend got himself and I one each as early Christmas gifts, we got them refurbished on the Nintendo website for $75.00, in stores they’re going for $130.00. It’s pretty cool, all 3DS games work on it, you can face people you know online or if your sitting beside the person it just finds their DS. Pretty amazing and really fun.
