Dior Liquid Eyeliner – Black 

I was so use to using a pencil eyeliner but I wanted to move on to bigger and better things when it came to eyeliner. I decided to give Dior a try since I already love their mascara so much, boy was I right! For a first time user it was pretty easy to hold and get the hang of it! I got this at Sephora for $45.00.

Quo Dual Ended Blackhead Remover

Don’t you just love popping zits or blackheads with your fingers? Yep, we all do but it’s actually bad for your skin. Quo from Shoppers Drug Mart has a tool that’ll do it for you without harming your skin or pushing more bacteria into your face (assuming you clean your tools)!

Ever since I became a blonde (almost white) I’ve needed a purple shampoo to help keep it blonde! Silver Shine is a purple shampoo, for those of you who don’t know what a purple shampoo is, I will explain!
When you lift your hair (bleach and tone, highlights, balayage) there is a natural remaining pigment. If your hair is black, dark brown, medium brown, or light brown when you lift your hair it will lift red. If your hair is a dark blonde, medium blonde or light blonde it will lift red/orange, orange, and yellow/orange. Now if your hair is very light or almost white your hair lifted to yellow and pale yellow, which brings you to where my hair was before we toned it – yellow. To get rid of the yellow your toner will have to have violet in it (ash). Now sorry to break it to you but toner FADES, no matter what a hairstylist tells you it will fade, unless you buy shampoo that will help it. I’ve toned my hair once and used this purple shampoo (to keep yellow away) and it works wonders but I will have to tone my hair soon because it only does so much. The North Face Agave Full Zip Fleece

I have The North Face basic rain jacket, that means its just the outer shall and it’s not exactly the warmest for Canadian weather so I got this to go under it! It’s a mid-light fleece, so it’s not their heaviest but not their lightest either. You can get this at The North Face for $130.00.

Free Spirit Treadmill

This is more a love-hate relationship but I am a lucky woman who gets to have a treadmill at her home so I don’t have to go to the gym…yet. Mine is very old but it works! Now I’m not saying you need to go out and buy a treadmill I’m just saying get up and MOVE!

Sephora Collection Classic Line Felt Liner

My sister actually let me borrow this because I wanted a winged liner for a wedding I was going too. I obviously needed to practice this so I started early and loved this product. I use using just a cheap on from the drug store so it was smudging. As long as you leave this to dry you’ll be fine! You can get this at Sephora for $18.00.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion +

This is step 3 of the Clinique Skin Care. It’s a nice step because it just feels good, the lotion isn’t oily and it doesn’t leave you skin feeling gross like other lotions I’ve used. You can get this at Sephora for $35.00.

Aveda Texture Tonic

This is pretty much Aveda’s version of beach wave spray. I like it because it smells good (like all Aveda products) and it doesn’t leave your hair feeling disgusting like some beach wave spray I’ve used in the past. You can use this one wet or dry hair. You can get this at Aveda for $25.00

Body Favourite:

Shellac Nail Polish

Working at a salon and wearing regular nail polish doesn’t cut it because it litterally will only last a couple hours so I needed something that would cover the colour stains and stay on my nails. I don’t know why I’ve never done Shellac before but I’m in love with it for now. The price changes with where you go so give it a try if you’re like me and never really adentured into the nail world.

Hot Tools Professional Carrying Case

Being a stylist, I needed something to carry all the tools for when I’m traveling without using a backpack and ruining my tools. So I went to Amazon and found this lovely Hot Tools Case. It’s great and I know the brand so I knew I could trust it.
