I am currently in love with this liquid eyeliner. I have watched numerous videos on how to get the perfect “cat eye.” Since I am still a beginner and every video says to get an eye liner in which you can easily make small strokes; it was important to me. This eye liner is super fine tipped, easy to maneuver, and is easy to wash off. The only downfall is you have to store it upside down or on its side otherwise it takes a little bit of time to get the liquid to the tip of the pen.
