Makeup Favourite:
Smashbox Photo Finish Reduce Redness Primer
I got this as a start primer to my journey of getting into makeup. I do have redness in my face so this was a good start. I don’t like having stuff on my face so getting use to it would be hard but I didn’t find this to be too heavy which is what I liked about it. You can get this at Sephora for mini size $20.00.
Skin Care Favourite:
The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil
I know Tea Tree oil has been written about before on my blog but that was awhile ago. I got this because at times my chin will break out and it drives me up the wall. So I went to the body shop to see if they had something for me, the last time I got the stick but this time I got the oil which is more concentrated. It makes them smaller and gets rid of them way faster then just waiting for them to go away with washing my face. I got this at the Body Shop for $13.00 for the small bottle.
Hair Care Favourite:
Aveda Pure Abundance Volumizing Shampoo
This shampoo is clay based to help fine, limp hair look more voluminous! It works as a pair the shampoo and conditioner so unfortunately you shouldn’t just use the shampoo and a different conditioner because you won’t be getting the full effect. You can get this at any Aveda salon or store for $24.00.
Body Favourite:
St. Ives Shower Foam
This product for me was a struggle, first off I only ended up buying it because they were out of my normal shower version of this. I used it but I found that I had to use a lot of it in order to feel clean because it’s foam so it disappears fast. Other than that it was good, it’s soft and skin feels great after. You can get this at Walmart for $6.00.
Home Care Favourite:
Ikea Foljaren Shower Curtain
I needed a new shower curtain and I’ve always liked Ikea’s because you can wash them so my boyfriend and I picked this one. My house has a lot of brand and nude colours so I’m trying to make it lighter and brighter, especially the bathroom. I got this for $15.00.
